The SIU Women’s Rugby Football Club will offer a demonstration game at the Celtic Fair on Saturday between 1:00 and 3:00.  The Club has been in existence for about 25 years. With 15 players on the field, we play a combination of soccer and football and your only protection is a mouth guard and no pads. The sport consist of tackling, kicking, rucking, mauling and scrumming. We travel all around Illinois playing other colleges and other women's teams. We also travel to Tennessee, Kentucky and Missouri.
